Please do not approach a coach before/during/after practice or a game.  If you are upset, please use the 24 hour rule before calling or sending an email to a coach.  This practice helps keep both parties safe and level headed.  If the situation needs immediate attention please inform a member of our game personnel (if at a game) or the athletic office or principal if at a practice.  (Playing time does not require immediate attention)2.
