Parents/Guardians,

Just a few friendly reminders pertaining to communication with coaches.

1. Please do not approach a coach before/during/after practice or a game.  If you are upset, please use the 24 hour rule before calling or sending an email to a coach.  This practice helps keep both parties safe and level headed.  If the situation needs immediate attention please inform a member of our game personnel (if at a game) or the athletic office or principal if at a practice.  (Playing time does not require immediate attention)

2. Email is the best way to communicate. This helps eliminate the he said, she said issue.  If you do not get a response within 24 hours (not counting weekends), please contact the athletic office.

3. Encourage your son/daughter to communicate with their coach first.  If they need assistance on how to explain a situation or speak to a coach, have them stop by the athletic office.  We are here to help!  This helps resolve 95% of issues.
