Parents,
Per PIAA and BASD policies, we need to run academic eligibility weekly for our student-athletes. All students must be passing 4.0 credits.
Any student who is not attending BASD in-person or via BASD Virtual must submit their current grades by noon on Thursdays of each week or the student will be ineligible for the following week.
- Senior high athletes – grades must be submitted to the athletic office – merb@boyertownasd.org
- Middle school athletes – grades should be sent to the appropriate assistant principal
- East – emarsch@boyertownasd.org
- West – dschmaldienst@boyertownasd.org
Students who need to provide grades are the following:
- Homeschooled
- BCTC (for classes taken there)
- BOL
- Any charter or cyber charter student
It is the responsibility of the parent and student to submit grades. Not the cooperating school or coach!
Due to processing of the grades, Thursdays at noon is a hard deadline. Parents will be notified by Friday at 3pm if their student is ineligible due to non-compliance or academic reasons.
The first date grades are due will be on 4/8/2021 and every Thursday for the rest of the season.
